Preparing your proceedings paper

All papers published in IOP Conference Series are fully citable and will be free to download once published.

IOP Conference Series uses author-supplied PDFs for all online and print publication. All manuscripts must be prepared following the author guidelines and using Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates, and then converted to PDF for submission and publishing. Please do not add any page numbers, headers or footers to your article. All manuscripts submitted in this conference proceedings should be no more than 8 pages in its final form.

It is important to ensure that the submitted paper has been thoroughly proofread and is in its final form ready for publication. IOP do not copy edit or reformat papers and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Post-publication changes are not permitted, so please ensure your paper has been checked for errors.

IOP highly recommends that all papers have the authors institutional email addresses attached, this can be as well as their personal email addresses. IOP also recommends the authors include their ORCID ID numbers in the papers.

Deadline for manuscript submission: September 23, 2022, extended to October 28, 2022.
